This Senior Living community parking lot presented serious challenges. Visitors were using resident spots. Delivery vehicles were blocking drop-off areas. Guests and caregivers couldn’t find parking.
Using their existing brand imagery, we reclassified parking areas and behaviors with explicit signage. Now drivers can see which type of parking is available, how to get there and how long they may stay. People feel welcomed while visitors, delivery drivers and residents enjoy better access and safety.
