The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) needed to notify customers of station closures, upgrades and replacement bus service.
To avoid rider frustration, we offered commuters options with signage outlining the walk and bus travel times. Printed take-one maps provided route and sightseeing details. We also developed a system-wide template for service notices. Color-coding makes it easy for commuters to recognize news about their line.
